Why Los Angeles is a Great Place to Study Psychology
Ambitious Americans have a long history of migrating to Los Angeles in search of fame, fortune, and the big-screen version of the American dream. The call of Hollywood brings more than its fair share of characters to this, America's second largest city, many of whom are destined for media glory, many of whom are in need of therapeutic assistance, and of course, plenty of whom will choose option 3, "all of the above." And even if Hollywood fell off the map, Los Angeles is a busy nexus in the world of psychology both in research areas and in practical application, making it a tempting spot to while away the sunny afternoons in pursuit of an education or in the course of one's career.
